We need volunteers to set up committee in different areas.
Each person leading committee will be able to make own team to help with tasks if needed (like security and registration).

Admission:
- Handle registration team and schedule to help when people arrive
Meals:
- Arrange for breakfast/lunch on Friday and Saturday
Events:
- Help plan for details on each field trips and scheduling
- Ride on shuttle to events and make sure everyone come back
Saturday Ballroom and Banquet:
- Set up buffet catering, DJ, costume contest, and alcoholic beverages
Security:
- Check for wristbands
- Make sure everyone is safe all weekend
Babysitting:
- Responsible to find and schedule babysitters on Saturday night
Dorm:
- Help people who have questions about sleeping in dorm
Texas Poker:
- Responsible for setting up chips, solve disputes, and prizes
